Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice describes how Adwise Consulting Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our service. Adwise Consulting Inc. is an AI advisor for Amazon brand sellers that connects to your Amazon Advertising and Selling Partner accounts to generate ranked action plans from your own account data.
By creating an account or connecting an Amazon account, you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are

Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information you provideWhen you sign up, we collect your email address, name (optional), and authentication credentials. If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, we receive the profile fields that provider releases to us.
Amazon account data you authorizeWhen you connect an Amazon Advertising or Selling Partner account through Amazon's Login with Amazon (LWA) OAuth flow, we receive access tokens and use them to retrieve data from Amazon's APIs on your behalf. Depending on the modules you enable, this can include:
- Advertising data: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets, negatives, search-term reports, placement reports, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, sales, ACoS, TACoS).
- Selling Partner data: orders, financial events, inventory levels, listing data, returns, fees, and settlement reports.
- Product and catalogue data for ASINs in your account.
If you provide additional information such as cost of goods sold (COGS), target ACoS, or CSV exports, we store it to power the recommendations you have asked for.
Usage informationWe collect basic information about how you interact with the service, including pages visited, features used, action plans accepted or dismissed, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps. This helps us operate, debug, and improve the service.
We do not collect payment card numbers directly. If and when paid plans are introduced, billing will be handled by a payment processor (such as Stripe) that receives the payment information directly; we only receive a transaction reference.
